Elastomer springs

We supply elastomer springs of two different types of quality as standard equipment for punching and forming tools:

Effbe Urelast: special polyurethane (PUR)
Effbe 295: modified elastomer based on chloroprene (CR)

The main feature in comparison to steel springs is the emergency operation feature and hence the particular operational reliability. A long service life without any maintenance is an important factor for economical continuous operation. Varieties and accessories supplement the supply range. All parts meet the requirements of the DIN 9835 norm for performance and quality.
